My certificate is showing the wrong completion date.

I cannot access my certificate.
If you have completed all the modules of a course, but are unable to access your certificate, check your enrollment status. See the Self-Enrollment section of the FAQ.
How do I print my certificate?
When you click on View/Print my certificate, the certificate will open in a new window. On the top right hand side of the window, you should see several icons (both Chrome and Firefox icon sets are shown below). Click the appropriate icon to print a hard copy or download your certificate to your desktop.
