When I try to request a hotel for my employee, I cannot select the employee's name (it is grayed out).
There are several things an employee will need to complete before you are able to request a hotel for them.
Please make sure the following items are correct:
- Their email address must be updated in the IOTIS LMS.
- Concur users are ineligible to use the IOTIS direct bill program for hotel accommodations. If their profile incorrectly indicates they are a Concur user, see My employee's profile incorrectly says they are a Concur user below.
- They must take the Hotel Training (HTL 100 - Direct Bill Hotel Accommodations).
My employee's profile incorrectly says they are a Concur user - how do I change that?
If you are their supervisor, you may go into their profile under Team and update that question for them. The Concur question can be found at the bottom of the User details box. Select "No" for the question, "Do you use Concur for travel expenses?"
Why can't I see the calendar to request hotel dates?
You must be in Chrome or Firefox to see the hotel request calendar - it will not work in other browsers.
