• Why aren't my grades/courses showing from old site?
    We are in the process of transferring grades over from the old system. If your grades do not show up or are incorrect please call, email or chat the help desk and we will be happy to look into the specifics of your situation.


    Where do I find my required annual trainings?
    Click on the Dashboard tab at the top of your screen. There is a Current Learning box on the left-hand side, which should contain your annual training.


    I cannot find / access my course.
    Your courses are located on your Dashboard in a box on the left-hand side. Some courses require that you self-enroll before you can access them. (See the section on Self-Enrollment). Courses can also have specific release dates, so you will be unable to access these until they are activated.
