• Why are the wrong/no employees showing in my team?
    The IOTIS LMS receives personnel information in a PeopleSoft import. As long as your team information is correct in that system, it will import into IOTIS correctly. Please note that it may take several days to update in our system.

    How do I add/remove employees from my team?
    If you need immediate access to your employees, please contact your registrar (OFI or SS), who can list you as a temporary manager until the system updates.
